Our platform allows you to connect your Google Drive account to import media files. By authenticating via Google OAuth, you grant Aseda permission to access the specific files you select. Aseda does not claim ownership of any media imported, and you are entirely responsible for ensuring you hold the appropriate rights to the content you upload.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TYNCAD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
In no event shall TYNCAD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
